How do I add a caregiver?+

Open the Care Taker area in the app, invite a trusted person, and choose the care permissions they should have.

What can I keep in Documents?+

CareCircle organizes insurance records, lab reports, medical preparation files, and other supported care documents.

Can I manage more than one person?+

CareCircle is designed around family and caregiver profiles so you can keep care information organized for the people you support.

How do reminders work?+

Create reminders for medicines or everyday care activities. Your device will alert you at the scheduled time when notifications are enabled.

I’m having trouble signing in. What should I do?+

Check your connection, confirm your email and password, and use Forgot Password if needed. If the problem continues, contact our support team.
