We use information to provide app features, authenticate users, synchronize permitted care information, deliver reminders, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and improve service reliability.
Sharing and caregiver access
Information is made available to caregivers or family members only according to the relationships and permissions configured in CareCircle. We may use service providers that process information on our behalf to operate essential infrastructure. We do not sell personal health information.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service security.
Your choices

Children
CareCircle is intended for use by adults coordinating care. It is not directed to children who are not under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
